Does my site have to change the way it orders and receives goods?
No. Zylio does not ask you to change tools or processes: it fits around them. Documents are collected exactly as they circulate today (dedicated mailbox, upload, scan, export) and goods receipts stay recorded where they already are.
Can Zylio trigger a payment or contact a supplier?
No, never without your approval. Zylio prepares the case file; the commitment stays human.
