Does Zylio replace my ERP?
No. Your ERP runs the process and remains the source of truth. Zylio handles the exception, on top of it, and feeds the results back. No additional development inside your system.
Can Zylio trigger a payment or contact a supplier?
No, never without your approval. Zylio prepares the case file; the commitment stays human.
How do I check a Zylio conclusion?
Every discrepancy opens onto its evidence: the contract clause and the invoice line, highlighted side by side, with the calculation shown.
How long before a first result?
The diagnostic produces a figure in three weeks, on your real data and a framed scope.
Does the data need to be perfectly clean?
No. The Capture agent is designed for heterogeneous documents and incomplete reference data; structuring is part of the deliverable.
Which documents does Zylio handle?
Invoices, contracts and amendments, price lists and rate schedules, quotes, purchase orders, goods receipts, credit notes, statements, as native PDF, scan, photo or structured format, in several languages and currencies.
Which agents should be activated first?

Which tools does Zylio connect to?
To the ERPs and management tools already in place, including SAP, Sage, Oracle and Pennylane, as well as to existing document repositories, mailboxes and feeds.

Is my data used to train models?
No, never. It is not shared between clients and stays hosted in France.
How much does it cost?
Three models, known before you start. The diagnostic is billed on success, on the discrepancies recovered: you pay only a share of what is actually recovered. Self-serve extraction can be taken on its own, at a price per page set out on the pricing page. The agents connected to your information system (compliance checking, matching, exceptions) start at €290 excl. VAT per month.
