Zylio is now available in transactional mode on AWS Marketplace. Concretely, an organisation that already holds an AWS account can subscribe to the procurement control platform directly from that account, without opening a new purchasing circuit. The platform itself does not change: the same agents, the same limits, the same hosting. This announcement is aimed first at procurement and finance leaders whose infrastructure already runs on AWS, and for whom onboarding a new vendor often takes longer than deploying it.

What it changes for buying Zylio

Onboarding a new software vendor takes time: supplier creation, legal review, ordering circuit, payment terms. For a procurement or finance department, that is often the difference between a tool evaluated this quarter and a tool evaluated next year. When Zylio is bought through AWS Marketplace, that circuit is already in place.

  • A purchase carried by your existing AWS agreement. Zylio is subscribed under the contract you have already signed with AWS, with its terms and its governance.
  • Consolidated billing. The cost of Zylio appears on your AWS invoice, inside your cloud ecosystem, and can count towards your consumption commitments.
  • A familiar transaction environment. The purchase happens in a framework your legal and finance teams have already approved, with the “Buy with AWS” button.
  • Simplified access. The listing gives access to the platform without prior integration: Zylio reads the documents you send it and modifies nothing in your systems.

What Zylio brings to your teams

The platform answers a precise problem: the lack of visibility, control and efficiency in handling supplier documents. Zylio’s agents read unstructured documents (quotes, invoices, purchase orders, framework contracts) without predefined templates, across every sector and every purchasing format, then confront each line with what was negotiated.

Control and visibility. Automatic analysis of quotes, invoices and purchase orders; comparison across suppliers and projects; detection of anomalies and overcharges, with the contract clause and the invoice line displayed side by side.

Operational efficiency. Retyping and comparison tasks are handled by the agents; the teams keep the decision. Zylio commits nothing without approval, contacts no supplier and does not touch the ERP: it connects to existing systems in read-only mode.

The platform was designed for the cloud, and its listing on AWS Marketplace follows on from that:

  • elastic infrastructure hosted on AWS, with data hosted in France;
  • GDPR compliance and data encryption, within an ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified framework;
  • a complete audit trail: every analysis is visible, sourced, time-stamped and exportable;
  • a RESTful API for custom integrations;
  • no client data used to train a model.
